4.Heat treatment

Ensure material reach right mechanical properties during following production.

 

5.Forging

Monitering size and controling temperature at any time.

 

6.Testing forging result

UT testing and size testing.

 

7.Nomalizing

To refined crystal grain, uniform formation and residual stress relieving of material.

 

8.Rough machining

Lathe rough machining materials into homologous forging parts with rational margin.

 

9.Gear surface machining

Including CNC gear milling machine, gear shaper machine and gear slotting machine.

 

10.Heat treatment

Base on diffierent material of gears,heat treatment of the gear surface with different quenching process.

 

11.Finishi machining

Ensure precision and finish degree pass muster of the quality and drawing requirement.

 

12.Finished product inspection

Pitch inspection could be within 0.001mm, gear thickness inspection could be within 0.001mm, hardness inspection could be within 0.5ºC; CMM measure could be within 0.001 degree.

 

13.Packing and delivery

Packing with non-fumigation wooden boxes and steel tray, ensure products
